Refund policy

We have a No Return Policy, which means our products are handcrafted body moisturizers and cannot be used again. EXCEPTION. Should an Allergic reaction be experienced, return the item within 7 days from the date received.

To be eligible for a return, visible proof of the allergic reaction must accompany the return request via a picture of the affected area and the item. The item must be in the same container and condition. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

If your return with proof is accepted. You can discard the item. It cannot be used again.  You will receive an in-store credit for purchase only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
It is important to note that certain items are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as personalized items or special orders; and personal care goods like beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact and describe the issue with the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or receive an in-store credit.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage.

We will notify you once we’ve received proof of any allergic reaction and purchase via photograph. (send by email or text). We will let you know if the in-store credit was approved or not. If approved. You’ll receive an in-store credit for the amount of purchase, and be notified by text or email.
